About Helen

Known as “The Elder Care Navigator,” Helen Justice is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager with over two decades of experience helping older adults and their families navigate aging with clarity, dignity, and realistic planning. She specializes in solving complex care problems, reducing family stress, and creating clear paths forward during times of transition.

Helen is an active member of the Aging Life Care Association and provides comprehensive care-planning services, including assessments, problem identification, and practical solutions. Her work includes developing short- and long-term care plans, coordinating and monitoring in-home services, and reviewing medical, financial, and legal documents to ensure care plans are sustainable and aligned.

A wartime Veteran herself, Helen retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1992. She is widely regarded as a leader in the elder-care industry and uses her deep knowledge of public benefits to help seniors, veterans, widows, and families access state, federal, and local programs that support long-term care and aging in place.

As a VA-Accredited Claims Agent, Helen is authorized to prepare, prosecute, and present claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs and to represent veterans in cases involving wrongfully denied benefits.
